Injection molding
We work with:
- All thermoplastic and thermoelastic plastic injection molding compounds (TPS/TPE/TPO/TPU etc.)
- High temperature plastics (PEEK/PAA/PPA)
- Glass fiber/ball, fiberglass, carbon fiber and talc reinforced plastics
We work on:
- On 26 injection molding machines form 150 kN to 6000 kN clamping force.
- Including 4 two component injection molding machines with 800 kN to 2200 kN clamping force.
Our machines enable us to mass produce:
- Parts with inserts
- Parts with plastic threads
- Part weights from 0,1g to 2000g
- 2 Component parts with weights up to 250g each
- Individual coloring and modifications
- With molds up to 1000 x 1200 mm size.
2-component injection molding
With in mold part transfer
In the following video, a rectangular neodymium magnet is separated fully automatically and inserted into the mold. It is then overmolded.
With 180° Turning
This video shows a 180° rotatable two-component mold. By rotating the ejector side, the pre-molded part is brought into the injection position of the soft component.
